The staff was extremely helpful and especially helpful, they provided an excellent service. The morning breakfast was complimentary with freshly pressed orange juice and great atmosphere in the basement, for instance.
Though everything was first-class, some of the staff were poorly trained.

Breakfast buffet was the standard for good hotels.
The hotel restaurant and bar were rather modest.

The room was spotless and equipped with coffee and space for clothes as described. The breakfast had plenty of food and it was sensational. The pool was lovely and I had hot drinks in the night bar. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and gave some great recommendations.

We explored the Wawel Castle and enjoyed a river cruise. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything! Breakfast was great, with many options each morning, and the spa offered great relaxation after a long day. Definitely recommend it for group trips!
One downside was that there wasn't an ironing board or iron in our room, which would have been helpful.

very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast choices, dinner very good, nothing too much trouble for staff.
luxury bedroom on first floor overlooking 'gentlemens club' so very noisy at night, inc police sirens etc. - not very restful or pleasant

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good security. Pleasing decor. Excellent location. The best value for the money I have ever had at a hotel!!
The only thing that I would make it even better is to have a bigger room. But it was not a big negative.

The room was spacious and came with a super comfy queen bed plus a mini fridge, which was a nice touch. I loved that I could unwind with a massage or try out the sauna after a long day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the sound from cleaning could be a bit loud in the morning, but it didn't put a damper on my stay! 😊

Very nice and comfortable Hotel, wonderful breakfast buffet, excellent restaurant, nice staff and very good location to visit Krakow by foot. The only little trouble was the proximity of a bar where people were too much noisy during the night.
